For the first time in my life, I’ve finished reading a text book from cover to cover. Although this is somewhat of a personal feat, I must say that I’m not too surprised. I found the content of NASM’s material to be very interesting and actually enjoyed learning everything. Now that I’ve covered all of the material, I’ll be spending the next couple months reviewing for the exam. NASM gives you six months from the date that you signed up for the program, so I have until just before Christmas. I haven’t set an exact date yet, but I’m hoping to sit around Thanksgiving. I want to ensure that I have adequate time to review and retain everything.
In order to aid in my review, I’ll be typing up my notes from the past few months and posting them under the NASM Study Guide page, chapter by chapter. While this is primarily a tool to help me to review, I also want it to be a resource for others who may take the exam in the future, or just wish to learn more about a certain topic. Enjoy!
